Well in case you could not tell, I am another Jeeper. I love my Wrangler. My Jeep has a dual exhaust which you do not see too often. Even though it has to be cut away to repair the rear end I would not go back to single exhaust. I just love the way it looks with the 2.5" to 3" tips on the end. My Jeep is a Daily Driver.        UPDATE:
Changed my exhaust back to single but it is still custom, not OEM. The
dual was too open and I had lost some power in the lower RPM's. Plus the
noise factor is nice in the beginning but then you start craving a quiet-er
ride. |

Well you heard it right. I said the bad 5+6 letter words. "Daily Driver". I think I will buy a Rubicon in Silver to match my Gold Sahara. Performance on my Jeep is tweaked out 250 h.p. (estimated). Not as nice as those of you putting V8's under the hood, but it will do for now. I have visions of a supercharger next summer.... We'll see...

So if you are wondering how the fuel economy is now with my mods, I would have to say I have only lost about 40 miles off a full tank. so 19/16 (hwy/city) now becomes 16/13. Not too bad.
This
is me a few years ago standing on the MIT bridge. The famous Prudential Tower is over my left shoulder. The other tower far off my right shoulder is the John Hancock building. |

Now for the short on me. I am 30 Years old (2003) and I live near Boston, Massachusetts. I have held many kool jobs in my life. Jobs that have allowed me to drive some nice cars. I used to work for a Alfa Romeo, Saab, Ferrari dealer and in all I have spent about 7 years in various positions in the car industry (Lot manager, Auto Detailer, Parts Department, Sales, and Assist. Used Car Manager). I also used to be a manager of a Limousine company with a fleet of 15 vehicles ranging from a sedan Town car to a 49 passenger full size bus. Today I am a Software Engineer working for IBM. Well, that is NOW I am working for IBM. The company I have been at for the past 3+ years was just bought out by IBM. Yahoooo! Thank You IBM! Maybe you know them too, Rational Software. We make tools that allow developers to develop source code easier. Enough on that. In my spare time, I love Web Design and Graphics. The very best tools in the world (my opinion coming up here)... Macromedia Dreamweaver, Flash, and Fireworks, Adobe Photoshop, Ulead Photo Explorer and UltraEdit-32. I am currently attending evening classes at Boston College (Go Eagles!) in a double major of Communications and Computer Science. I have had classes in Visual Basic, Java, and C Programming. I am also a major night owl. My favorite time for sleeping is 4:00 am to 10:00 am. Yup, not a morning person. Just hate getting out of the nice warm bed. Fortunately, I function pretty good on only 4-5 hours of sleep per night. |
